CIBC Bank USA Asset Based Lending has closed a senior credit facility for Spartanburg Steel Products, Inc., a South Carolina-based manufacturer of metal stampings, assemblies and body modules for automotive, agriculture and heavy equipment industries. The facility includes a revolving line of credit, a real estate-secured term loan and an equipment acquisition line. Proceeds will refinance existing debt and support working capital and growth initiatives. CIBC's US asset-based lending team provides financing solutions ranging from $10 million to $75 million for middle-market companies and private equity partners, supporting acquisitions, recapitalisations, refinances and turnarounds. Regional Originations Manager Ron Kerdasha said the tailored financing aligns with Spartanburg Steel's strategic objectives and long-term growth ambitions.
