- Analyze current state and future state, provide recommendations and plans to transform to next generation capabilities, such as, but not limited to: zero trust, cloud security, real time analysis, automated orders processing, big data analytics, machine learning and artificial intelligence.
- Analyze efficiencies and impacts of innovations and support in-depth studies; Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis, data analysis, and data science to military’s decision-making processes by developing and applying probability models, statistical inference, simulations, optimization, data analysis and data visualization.
- Support the development of the new innovations scope and objectives, high level requirements development, and conduct business cost analysis and recommended technology acquisition planning support to enable next generation technology investments.
- Develop CONOPS Integrated approaches; Review planning efforts in support of DoD campaigns, and contingency operations; Identify and analyze changes in the environment via the assessments.
- Support estimation of effort to implement and operationalize innovations and estimation of efficiencies that will be gained by operationalization of innovations to include the Global Support Plan development.
- Develop high level schedules and support internal review of innovations. This would include the pre- analysis done for future innovations that may in turn propagate additional project reviews; Conduct agency-wide assessment of the ongoing campaigns and IMO-related efforts.
