Requirements
  • Demonstrate extreme ownership and bias for action while navigating a fast-paced, ambiguous, dynamic work environment
  • Smart and motivated, with experience managing multiple leaders' calendars and schedules, while navigating complex and dynamic calendar management
  • Superior attention to detail and the ability to meet tight (and often changing) deadlines while navigating multiple requests
  • Integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior executives especially in challenging situations
  • Fun to work with, good sense of humor, and a team player - no ego, with priority first on helping the team succeed
  • Experience navigating matrixed, international, and dynamic organizations, while delivering large-scale projects and events to help the organization achieve its goals
  • Strong organizational skills, including to help executives stay organized, keep on schedule, and deliver key projects on time

  • Experience with Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc
  • Project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Responsibilities
  • Manage executive calendars (including helping to keep on schedule and manage prioritized meetings in urgent situations)
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Professional email/Slack correspondence, and occasional phone communication
  • Demonstrate good judgment in managing confidential and business sensitive information
  • Ensure proper documentation of critical meeting notes, including communication of action items, assignments, owners, and deadlines; assist in efforts to support a strong follow-up and accountability culture
  • Assist in basic finance and accounting responsibilities (typically on recurring, monthly basis) such as expense reporting, credit card statement reconciliation, monthly budgeting, etc
  • Coordinate key meetings between Finance and leadership, including leadership coordinations to discuss progress towards sales goals, people hiring, core business metrics, etc
  • Act as primary point of contact for critical information flow to and from Nursa leaders, teams, customers, and external stakeholders and senior management
  • Earn trust with executive leaders, senior company leadership, and key external stakeholders (including customers) as representative of our executive team
