Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is required.

Responsibilities
  • Own and lead the end-to-end revenue operations strategy to operationalize the full go-to-market strategy through cross-functional alignment.
  • Drive forecasting rigor and revenue predictability by optimizing the Salesforce instance and customer relationship management processes.
  • Drive data-led decision-making by optimizing dashboards and reporting to surface actionable insights, risks, and strategic recommendations for leadership updates and business reviews.
  • Lead and coach the revenue operations team to inspire high performance and facilitate professional career growth.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to the Chief Revenue Officer, leveraging data-led insights to drive scalable growth and efficient decision-making.
  • Manage and optimize the revenue tool stack, including Salesforce, Salesloft, and Cognism, to enhance commercial outcomes.
