  • Drive technical excellence: Champion high-quality software development practices, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD).
  • Lead large-scale projects: Take ownership of complex projects, defining technical roadmaps, and leading cross-functional teams to successful delivery.
  • Revenue-focused development: Align engineering efforts with business goals, focusing on projects that deliver measurable ROI and drive revenue growth.
  • Data-driven decision making: Leverage data and analytics to inform technical decisions, track project progress, and measure the impact of engineering initiatives.
  • Contribute to the design and architecture of scalable and maintainable software systems.
  • Maintain a strong individual contributor role: Continue to actively participate in coding, design, and implementation of key software components.
