Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience building successful production software systems
  • 5+ years of programming skills in NodeJS/Typescript
  • 5+ years of experience in development of Microservices, RESTful API, backend systems
  • Frontend Web Frameworks - Vue, Angular
  • Backend Web Frameworks - NodeJS
  • Extensive experience with source code repositories (git), CI pipelines and deployments (any cloud service) and package managers (npm)
  • Extensive experience in non-relational databases, including Mongo/Mongoose, ElasticSearch
  • Experience in GCP, AWS or Azure
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or another quantitative field.
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain scalable web applications
  • Develop Javascript backend services (with NodeJS)
  • Deliver testable, maintainable, and high-quality code
  • Engineering duties include technical design, implementation, testing, support and participation in peer code reviews
  • Collaborate and interact with multiple engineering and Product teams
  • Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
Desired Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of technologies such as Kafka, Redis
  • Experience Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
  • Familiarity with package tools such as lerna, yarn is a plus

(Nasdaq: LPSN) is providing confirmatory notice, in compliance with the requirements of Nasdaq Listing Rule 5635(c)(4), of recent grants of equity-based incentive awards that LivePerson made under the LivePerson Inc. 2018 Inducement Plan (the "Inducement Plan").LivePerson established the Inducement Plan for the purpose of providing equity-based incentive awards to new hires and has done so during active periods of hiring.
