- Open and register assignments in the management system.
- Collect the documents required for studies and assemble administrative files.
- Support Expert Advisors with organizing expert meetings and managing their calendars.
- Participate in drafting selected reports, meeting summaries, and correspondence.
- Update dashboards and monitor activity indicators.
- Occasionally contribute to service activities, including supply management, cross-functional administrative support, and team initiatives.
