Requirements
  • A current driver's license is required.
  • The candidate must have a driving record acceptable to the company's current insurance carrier.
  • Proficiency in Windows-based computer software and automotive store applications is required.
  • Experience in automotive customer service and service sales is required.
  • The candidate must be dependable and reliable for a Monday through Friday schedule from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • The candidate must be able to remain on their feet for most of the workday, including standing, walking, and coordinating parts.
  • The candidate must occasionally lift and carry objects weighing more than 50 pounds.
  • The candidate must maintain a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment.
Responsibilities
  • Greet every guest who enters the facility with hospitality and respect.
  • Present the best solution to properly repair each guest's vehicle in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Manage the store's workflow effectively and efficiently.
  • Sell services consistently and effectively without jeopardizing honesty and integrity.
  • Communicate on the phone in a clear, professional manner.
  • Build long-term relationships among the store, the service advisor, and the guest.
  • Direct, coordinate, and participate in customer-service activities.
  • Shuttle guests as needed.
  • Ensure that all repairs are performed to proper specifications.
  • Work as part of the team and assist other employees as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • Five or more years of experience writing service is preferred.
  • An associate degree is preferred.
