  • Setting objectives to align with broader organizational goals. Break down objectives into appropriate initiatives and actions. Stage activities with relevant milestones and schedules
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders/partners to drive strategic sourcing initiatives
  • Leading the high performing procurement team to develop procurement strategics, to negotiate with suppliers and manage spend, to establish and track KPIs/performance
  • Developing standard work and processes for procurement and supply chain
  • Owning the procure to pay tool and process. Educate stakeholders on procurement policy and the process. Continue to take feedback from the business to improve the procure to pay process
  • Optimize spend by proactive analysis of data, projections and developing strong vendor relationships. Use data and market intelligence to influence sourcing decisions and improve procurement processes
  • Manage and develop team members to their full potential and company goals (including both direct and indirect reports)
  • Create a new markets playbook, and improve the new office launch procurement / supply chain process
  • Provide support services to all One Medical offices nationally
  • Anticipate and adjust effective contingency plans. Plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals
