As Physical Build Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Lead the planning, organization, and control of Physical Build activities in alignment with project objectives.
- Coordinate closely with the project team and PME within Product Development projects to ensure the timely fulfillment of project prototype needs.
- Ensure adherence to specified requirements for Physical Builds and parts.
- Manage projects or subprojects with limited complexity within a program or portfolio, from initiation to completion.
- Take full responsibility for defining and managing scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risks, delivering on agreed project objectives.
- Work independently with limited supervision, demonstrating the ability to solve difficult and sometimes complex problems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in project management.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making.
- Certification in project management (preferred).
- Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry (preferred).
Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000
The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
