- Oversee the development and enhancement of Sigma Identity and RiskScores by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Data Science, to build solutions that anticipate and address emerging fraud threats.
- Establish a strong feedback loop with clients and integrate their insights into product development, ensuring Socure’s solutions consistently deliver high value and remain cutting-edge.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams, including Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Compliance, to ensure seamless execution of product strategies. Foster a culture of collaboration and alignment with broader business goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring products meet and exceed customer expectations. Leverage customer feedback to refine product features and drive continuous improvement.
