Requirements
  • Accumulate 10 years of experience in information technology, including 8 years as a project manager in technological infrastructure.
  • Have served as project manager on two technological infrastructure assignments of 1,000 person-days each, with at least 200 person-days completed per assignment, including team coordination.
  • Have served as project manager on two 2,000 person-day assignments, with at least 200 person-days completed, in technological infrastructure and in an organizational and information-technology project context comparable to the organization.
Responsibilities
  • Manage schedules, budgets, and scope by developing and monitoring schedules and managing budgets and scope.
  • Coordinate stakeholders, including technical teams and business and information-technology stakeholders.
  • Identify, monitor, and manage infrastructure-related risks, incidents, and dependencies.
  • Track deliverable progress and adjust plans based on variances.
  • Participate in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of technological infrastructure projects covering at least three of the following areas: local or central platforms, database management systems, cloud computing, storage, security, networking, or electronic service delivery.
Desired Qualifications
  • Three years of experience with a development methodology such as Macroscope, P+, Guide vert, DID, GPS, or an equivalent.
  • A master's degree in project management or Project Management Institute certification (PMP).
  • Two years of experience managing finances and monitoring project planning using Microsoft Project.
