- Must be able to communicate effectively with departmental staff and club members.
- Must possess interpersonal skills that represent the Wellness Center in a positive and professional manner.
- Oversee the care of the facility’s locker rooms.
- Clean locker rooms, including lockers, and vacuum them.
- Stock clean towels and refill soap and lotion dispensers.
- Remove dirty towels from containers and bring out clean towels to replace them.
- Take used towels to the laundry room, where they are washed, dried, and folded.
- Provide customer service within the locker rooms by answering members’ questions and assisting with issues.
- Complete paperwork for duties performed at the end of each shift.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.
