Requirements

The candidate should have at least eight years of total professional experience.
The candidate should have at least five years of experience engaging on data quality projects and using data quality tools at an enterprise level, preferably Informatica Data Quality or IBM QualityStage.
The candidate should have experience building data quality functions and rules using any data quality tool, preferably Informatica Data Quality or IBM QualityStage.
The candidate should partner with appropriate resources to elicit and document data quality requirements and align them with business requirements.
The candidate should understand the current data landscape, conduct root cause analysis, and propose data quality solutions.
The candidate should propose and contribute to the implementation of data quality improvement processes.
The candidate should provide a comparative analysis of different data quality tools.
The candidate should have strong data analysis and data logic skills based on previous project experience.
The candidate should understand Sybase database and have experience authoring SQL in Sybase.
The candidate should have working experience in the Life Insurance domain.

Responsibilities

Elicit and document data quality requirements with the appropriate resources and ensure alignment with business requirements.
Understand the current data landscape and conduct root cause analysis to propose data quality solutions.
Propose and contribute to the implementation of data quality improvement processes.
Provide comparative analyses of different data quality tools to determine best fit for the organization.
Demonstrate strong data analysis and data logic skills through prior project experience and apply them to data quality initiatives.
Interface with engineers and business analysts to understand data needs.
