- Maintain awareness of promotions, pricing, and product information.
- Work on tills while following cash-handling procedures, take orders, and serve food and drinks on the floor.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet service targets and maintain smooth operations.
- Represent WSH and John Lewis professionally through behaviour, appearance, and knowledge.
- Carry out other reasonable duties as required by management.
