Responsibilities
  • Collaborating with the marketing team and organizers to fulfill the event requirements
  • Researching and presenting concepts and ideas to the organizers and sponsors for feedback, including physical presence and content appropriate to audience
  • Preparing, presenting, and managing budgets and negotiating contracts
  • Liaising with vendors to determine and fulfill booth requirements
  • Managing the registration of participating staff and speakers
  • Collaborate to arrange travel and accommodation logistics, administration, and bookings
  • Assist in promotions through marketing channels such as social media, emailers, and advertising campaigns
  • Coordinating the logistical requirements such as giveaways, security, equipment rentals, and catering services
  • Running the floor to ensure the event operates smoothly
  • Ensuring that all health and safety standards are adhered to during the event
  • Ensuring leads captured are imported for sales follow-up in a timely manner
  • Assist with co-located promotions, media, events, and customer receptions as appropriate
  • Evaluate tradeshow success and submit reports
