Assist experienced technicians in performing routine maintenance and repairs on Cadillac vehicles.

Learn and apply diagnostic techniques to identify vehicle issues.

Participate in on-the-job training to develop technical skills and knowledge.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow all safety protocols and dealership guidelines.

Support the service team with additional tasks as needed.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Basic understanding of automotive systems and repair techniques.

Eagerness to learn and a strong work ethic.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.

Previous experience or training in automotive repair is a plus but not required.
