Responsibilities
  • You will own a 'book of business' from post-sale handoff through renewal and expansion.
  • You will leverage your experience in navigating high volumes of deals to identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities within existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
  • You will take a proactive approach in identifying customer needs and providing innovative solutions, going above and beyond to deliver exceptional service and exceed customer expectations.
  • Articulate key metrics and data to demonstrate the value and impact of our solutions, effectively conveying the return on investment for our clients.
  • You will manage a book of business and need to execute multiple tasks simultaneously such as client requests, demos, proposals, follow-ups, etc.
  • You will become a master of using systems like Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and others.
  • You will accurately manage your sales pipeline and forecast monthly and quarterly expansion opportunities with +/- 15% accuracy.
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions, deals, and progress.
  • You will embrace the entrepreneurial, grind-it-out mentality of building something new.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with modern sales tech stacks: Salesforce, Salesloft, DiscoverOrg, etc.
  • Experience with startups and entrepreneurial organizations.
  • Experience working in CMMS or facility operations software.
  • Documented success in working in a remote setting.
