Responsibilities
  • To procure bookings for timeshare sales presentations.
  • To conduct face-to-face marketing presentations sharing the benefits of attending a vacation ownership sales presentation.
  • Responsible for calling assigned leads (pre arrivals) for the purpose of scheduling In-house/ FL Tours.
  • Calling In House Guests for the purpose of scheduling In-house/FL Tours.
  • To pro-actively pursues eligible guests on-site to preview through direct purchase of a mini-vacation package.
  • To complete required paperwork and data-entry accurately and completely for each package sale.
  • To provides location-related guest service to resort guests and visitors, including directing guests to responsible resort services for specific resort information.
  • To assist booking guests for shows to executing marketing strategies while providing excellent service.
  • To complete a spectrum of responsibilities assigned by manager.
  • To ensure the marketing process is adhered to once the initial training is complete.
  • To maintain marketing results at an acceptable level as determined by management.
