Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
  • 8-12 years of relevant experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
  • Proven experience in civil, structural, and architectural disciplines
  • Strong understanding of clean room construction processes and requirements
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Solid understanding of project management software and tools
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex problems efficiently
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
  • Manage and lead project teams, providing guidance to civil, structural, and architectural disciplines
  • Develop and implement project plans, including detailed scope, schedules, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure project specifications are met
  • Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and identify potential issues
  • Interface with clients, addressing concerns and providing project updates
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
  • Direct tier 1 contractors to execute construction tasks per needs of the project and meet required specifications
