Overview:
The Citi Treasury Investments group (CTI) manages a portfolio consisting of Issued Debt, Intercompany Borrowings & Placements, AFS/HTM Securities, and Derivatives. CTI is responsible for managing central liquidity and investment portfolio, executing multiple hedge programs, providing US dollar financing to other trading desk, and management of the USD interest rate risk in banking book. The goal is to achieve Citi’s desired net interest position, by issuance of benchmark debt and structured notes, credit card securitizations and perform liability management for all capital securities issued through Citigroup and CBNA.
CTI Summit Execution team works closely with stakeholders in CTI to define, drive, and execute end-to-end process design and implementation efforts across Treasury activities, which span global Treasury groups, Finance and Risk functions, Technology teams, and numerous businesses who work in partnership with Treasury. The team works to identify priorities, coordinate efforts, track progress, and define and implement best practices.
The role sits in the CTI Summit Execution team and requires a project manager professional who can lead the design, development, execution, and implementation of technology solutions in support of the CTI business. The role requires a project manager with strong communication skills, the ability to work across cross-functional teams, distill complex information into concise, clear summaries to gain consensus and direction from project teams. The role covers all aspects of project management life cycle from project initiation, requirements definition, testing, and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Author BRD, FRD, project plans, and lead testing execution
- Chairing weekly working group meetings with stakeholders across CTI trading desks, product control, risk, operations & technology
- Lead and follow up on key discussion points and action items upon meeting closure
- Partnering with accountable participants to ensure prompt follow-ups are completed
- Tracking general progress and escalating all risks and issues on a daily basis
- Detailed data analysis/issue resolution
Qualifications Include:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree required. Graduate level degree a plus, PMP Certification a plus
- 7+ years of experience within financial services or consulting
- 3 years of experience within project management and the software delivery lifecycle (SDLC)
- Proven track record of leading a medium size to large project 6+ months in duration with a cross-functional team.
- Experience authoring project charters, BRDs, leading QA testing efforts, and author test plans.
- Sound Treasury product knowledge (FX, Swaps, Bonds etc.)
- Must be a strong influencer and have partnering skills
- Abstract critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Technical skills: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, JIRA, Summit software a plus

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$100,800.00 - $151,200.00
