  • Engineering Qualification with a successful track record in engineering operations & Facility management (Minimum 5 years) with Large-scale capital investments project execution
  • Must be an effective communicator (In English)
  • Mfg. Operational Experience would be advantageous.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for Facility and Critical system design & build standards in line with relevant regulations / operational needs.
  • Responsible for capital & project management outcomes related to Facility / Critical system investments over $500K
  • Maintain a risk-based condition Index of sites based on current and future regulation. Develop appropriate site level Mitigation plans and provide medium to long range capital requirement to Capex planners.
  • Developed and integrated Energy Strategic Plan across manufacturing, W/house & DC/s sites (global), and establish a standardized program to improve energy efficiency thru the application of new technologies and operational excellence practices.
  • Manage a ISO 50001 certification program (TBC)
  • Provide Governance and Subject Matter Expertise (SME) for the management of Corporate Critical System specifications and Procedures (Water for Injection, Process Compressed air, Environmental Controlled areas, Pest Control, Etc.)
  • Support Quality compliance initiatives and development of global engineering standards.
