How will you help
We are looking for a data-driven and creative Product Marketing professional to join our organization. You will be part of the team driving go-to-market (GTM) success initiatives and enabling the organization to scale. In this role, you will act as the quarterback and identify and execute go-to-market initiatives to scale the adoption of existing products and new product launches through the development of go-to-market strategies, positioning, market and competitive analyses, marketing collateral, sales enablement tools and ideas (and content) to support marketing campaigns. This highly collaborative role works closely with upper management from marketing, sales, product, and external customers and industry groups to bring solutions to market and develop innovative programs that drive demand.
This position is ideal for a motivated product marketing professional looking to have a significant impact! This will require a balance of strategic and execution excellence with a strong bias towards strategic thinking and structured communications to articulate the HealthVerity IPGE narrative through the sales organizations and to our clients and prospects.
What You Will Do
• Translate the key value propositions of our product roadmap into clear and thought-provoking marketing messages that align with our corporate strategy
• Support go-to-market strategy for applicable new product launches and initiatives with tailored messaging articulating market use cases
• Market intelligence – be the expert on buyers, how they buy, and their buying criteria; be the expert on our field and stand out among others.
• Sales enablement – communicate the value proposition of HealthVerity products to the sales team and develop both internal and external sales tools that support the selling process, including client presentations, sales training, product sheets, case studies, and white papers
• Be the thought leader for higher client engagement activities such as an executive-level user conference or other forms of direct client influence
• Play an advisory role in intricate future product strategy based on market dynamics
• Be a key touch point for client feedback and adapt marketing messages based on user feedback
• Serve as “the glue” between product and marketing to ensure cohesive, efficient, and impactful go-to-market for solutions under the HealthVerity IPGE banner
About You
• Passionate about the Product Marketing discipline
• Have relatable experiences in healthcare marketing with a preference for Pharmaceutical and Payer clients
• Able to translate key strategies into creative, digestible messages for clients
• Ability to effectively influence other executives tasked with delivering on key value propositions for HealthVerity IPGE
• Quick learner about new industries and able to drink through the proverbial fire hose to become industry-conversant
• Knowledgeable about innovative approaches to B2B Marketing
Desired Skills and Experience
• 10+ years experience in marketing, product development, and client-facing activities
• A college degree is required, and a master’s degree preferred
• Healthcare / Life sciences industry experience required
• Demonstrated experience and success in developing high-performing sales engagement content and programs to ensure salesforce effectiveness of product positioning against customer needs
• Proven track record in executing successful go-to-market programs, including product launch and positioning activities that drive significant revenue growth
• Ability to travel to industry events or customer meetings
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
