Responsibilities
  • Drive programming strategy to hit pipeline and revenue targets for multiple products, services and market segments
  • Own campaign design and execution across multiple marketing channels (with the support of marketing teams), including: email, content, landing pages, direct mail, content syndication, webinars, digital, etc
  • Manage campaign budgets, calendar, timelines and ideal customer profile segment targets
  • Support SDRs in their lead qualification and outbound prospecting
  • Own the relationship with the sales team and keep them appraised of upcoming campaigns
  • Analyze sales/marketing trends and design lead-generation and sales-enablement campaigns to test, support and ultimately strengthen conversion rates
  • Develop relationships and work directly with vendors as needed
  • Manage campaign reporting for operational/senior management
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing and advertising technology trends, best practices and solutions
  • Work closely with other marketing teams and project manage the execution of campaigns to ensure deadlines are met
  • Other duties as assigned
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant subject
  • 4+ years of demand generation experience in B2B technology org
  • 1+ years of experience in designated specialization
  • Knowledge of Marketing Automation and CRM Platforms (SF and Marketo are a plus)
