Responsibilities
  • Lead and scale AirGarage’s Sales Development organization through a team of managers
  • Initially manage 1 SDR Team Lead and 1 Fractional SDR Manager, with transition to two full-time SDR Managers and a team of ~16 SDRs
  • Build and develop a high-performing SDR organization
  • Establish operating cadence, performance expectations, and accountability
  • Improve meeting quality and SDR productivity
  • Increase the effectiveness of SDR-sourced pipeline
  • Create clear alignment between SDRs and Account Executives across territories and account ownership
  • Architect how pipeline is generated, evolving inbound and outbound playbooks and how SDRs and AEs collaborate across accounts
  • Identify and implement ways to increase funnel throughput and improve conversion from lead to meeting to opportunity
  • Partner with Revenue Operations on tooling, automation, and emerging AI capabilities
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales Ops and Research to improve target accounts identification, prioritization, and enrichment
  • Serve as a key partner to Marketing to ensure demand generation efforts convert into high-quality pipeline
  • Shape a more scalable, data-driven revenue development engine combining leadership with systems, data, and processes
