Job Description
Previous experience in production/service/operations support with analytical and resolution skills. Strong written & oral skills. Ability to work w customer, third party vendors to meet deliverables ,-SLAs&KPIs. Application of documented processes to ensure consistent output and uses continuous improvement approaches in all work efforts. Will function at times at Workflow coordinator, assisting in Root Cause Analysis, and preventive maintenance. Must have EXCELLENT communication skills for both direct customer interaction as well as all stakeholder comms. Must be very responsible in ensuring all agreed to deliverables are met. Must be fluent in ENGLISH.
