Requirements
  • A successfully completed degree in business/economics, computer science, eHealth, or equivalent training.
  • Professional experience in project management, preferably in healthcare.
  • Good analytical skills and a structured, goal-oriented approach.
  • Good technical and organizational process knowledge of requirements and findings management and service transmission in hospitals, including interaction with the central hospital information system and subsystems.
  • Knowledge of hospital-internal processes and healthcare communication standards, including HL7, ISIK, and FHIR.
  • Very good communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
  • Strong customer and service orientation.
  • Willingness to learn new things and independently develop solutions to problems.
  • Very good written and spoken German and English language skills.
  • Good practical knowledge of common project management tools.
  • Willingness to travel 2–4 days per month and flexibility.
Responsibilities
  • Take responsibility for managing and coordinating connectivity projects for customers’ interface solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with customers, development and consulting colleagues, and external system manufacturers to coordinate project milestones and requirements.
  • Own the budget, schedule, success, and contract-compliant implementation of connectivity projects.
  • Coordinate and manage project teams and coach project employees.
  • Document project progress and results and create customer-specific implementation concepts.

  • Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
  • Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
  • Relevant project management certifications.
