Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in QA operations in a leadership position
  • Positive and team-oriented attitude
  • Understanding of game production pipeline and tools
  • Good judgment to estimate the significance and consequences of the bugs
  • Rigorous and methodical, autonomous and resourceful approach
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Expertise in cross-cultural business and remote team interaction and leadership
  • Excellent ability to delegate tasks across a team
  • Exceptional critical analysis skills
  • Passion for video games
  • Basic knowledge of Jenkins and Perforce
  • Experience in programming and/or scripting
  • Experience in QA in software and tools
  • Familiar with JIRA, Confluence, and Google Sheets
  • Familiar with the RPG genre and you have played many RPGs extensively and critically
Responsibilities
  • Perform consistent daily observation, research, review, and reporting of operations process adherence for all current assigned projects
  • Assign tasks within the local QA team, and nurture a healthy working environment in alignment with company values
  • Participate in the performance review process, help gather feedback, and share it with other QA teams internationally
  • Maintain, advance, and promote knowledge in the field of quality assurance
  • Gather feedback and data to create and facilitate both project postmortems and ongoing improvements
  • Proactively identify possible issues, propose solutions, and plan goals for the QA department
  • Overview, creation, maintenance, and prioritization of Test Plans for multiple, concurrent projects
