Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or relative experience
  • Proven experience in product/system level testing, with a focus on component-level through assembly & post-build
  • Strong understanding of robotics, pneumatics, servo motors, motion controllers, PLC, and PC-based control systems
  • Familiarity with optics principles and their application in positioning and alignment machines
  • Proficiency in root cause analysis, PFMEA, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the engineering team to create verification test plans across a maturing product lifecycle
  • Conduct component-level through assembly & final-level testing (Factory Acceptance Testing) using a variety of methodologies
  • Define, design, and deploy test fixtures and equipment to ensure accurate and reliable testing procedures
  • Gather and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to manufacturing problems
  • Offer insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on data analysis
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to enhance product maturity, manufacturing efficiency and quality
  • Create work instructions and test procedures for new products to facilitate seamless integration into the manufacturing process
  • Ensure machine qualification through calibration, correlation, capability, repeatability, and reproducibility
  • Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to guarantee the reliability of test results
