- Bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least six years or equivalent experience in the field or in a related area.

- Performs a variety of tasks related to business analysis and system definition.
- Expert level skills and experience enabling immediate effectiveness in role.
- Advanced experience in data analysis, data modeling and report writing using standard industry software including, but not limited to Business Objects XI, Crystal Reports, Excel Power Tools, Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services and extraction to SQL.
