Responsibilities
- Participating in M&A transaction executions by conducting market research, company/asset valuations, and competitor analysis
- Generating presentation materials for internal meetings, management updates, client pitches, teasers, and confidential information memorandums
- Engaging with different stakeholder groups for coordinating internal processes, maintaining M&A pipeline management tools, and driving deal execution
