Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred; a Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Three to five years of experience in program management, including at least one year in an educational or training institution.
  • Experience leading and managing teams with demonstrated autonomy and success.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, and Zoom.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing and launching training programs, including application setup, client communications, and instructional staff hiring processes.
  • Oversee multiple programs simultaneously, manage project timelines, and ensure seamless execution.
  • Support the Senior Operations Team in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to improve program impact, experience, and scalability.
  • Facilitate the admissions process through application setup and launch, applicant pipeline monitoring and reporting, marketing initiatives, Q&A sessions, and applicant support.
  • Manage the screening, review, and hiring processes for instructional contractors, including Teaching Assistants and Lead Instructors.
  • Manage live, online training programs that are typically 12–20 weeks long, ensuring learners, teaching assistants, instructors, and other stakeholders engage with and benefit from the program.
  • Monitor learner progress and provide support for instructors and other contractual staff.
  • Ensure stakeholders fulfill their role responsibilities and that course technology functions appropriately.
  • Troubleshoot learner needs, respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and maintain a friendly learning environment.
  • Monitor applicant pipelines, respond to Zendesk inquiries, and participate in marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Program Manager on Q&A sessions and applicant support to support strong enrollment.
  • Manage and guide a team of 1–2 Operations Analysts.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture and support continuous learning and development.
  • Provide ongoing feedback, career development, and mentorship to team members.
  • Support the Senior Program Manager in cultivating and strengthening client relationships and meeting client needs.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Program Manager to address client concerns and identify program enhancement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Business Operations, Curriculum, Professional Development, Account Management, and other teams to coordinate program execution.
  • Provide input to improve the overall training program ecosystem.
  • Analyze program performance metrics and provide insights to senior leadership.
  • Assist with reporting program developments, successes, and challenges to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation and drive continuous improvement in program delivery and experience.
  • Implement best practices and lessons learned from previous programs to improve effectiveness.
