2+ Years of customer-facing support experience
General knowledge of networking, systems, and their infrastructures
Experience working with SQL
Nice to have:
Familiarity with Python
Proficiency with the Unix/Linux command line tools including Git
Proficiency with Windows Operating System
Proficiency with client ticketing systems (e.g. Helpscout)

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to ensure computer systems, hardware, and networks are running smoothly for clients across North America: Hardware and networks are for field-based laboratories located in oil and gas facilities
Be the first point of contact for field operators utilizing our product and systems
Install, configure, monitor, maintain, and advise computer hardware, operating systems and applications with clients
Assist with onboarding and offboarding clients
Work towards automation of processes and documentation of procedures
Troubleshoot system and network problems (e.g. file transfers, DNS, routing), diagnosing and solving hardware or software issues, replace components as required
Maintain internal ticketing system to ensure all issues are resolved in a timely manner and logged within our system
Work internally with multiple stakeholders to ensure that data enters our system and can be located in our product
Comfortable with remote management of work
Potential site travel (rare occasion)

Who You Are:

We are looking for a Technical Success Consultant to join our services team. You will be responsible for ensuring that clients have their data ingested correctly and systems are functioning properly.
