Seeking Air Quality Specialists candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as TLH.  This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Position and ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Environmental Continuing Services (Air Quality Specialists) in the Environmental Management Industry Sector focusing on Environmental Services Solutions for clients such as City of Tallahassee  (TLH) | Department of Environmental Services & Facilities Management Generally Located In Tallahassee - Florida 32301 and across the Southeastern Region.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Air Quality Specialists | Environmental Consulting and Management Services [TLH043048]

• Conduct air quality modeling, testing, and monitoring; support asbestos abatement; ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications

Desired Qualifications For Air Quality Specialists | Environmental Consulting and Management Services[TLH043048] (TLH043048) Candidates:

• Knowledge of Clean Air Act; experience with AERMOD or CALPUFF.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Environmental Science/related field; 3–5 years in air quality compliance
• Certification as an Air Quality Specialist or equivalent preferred; hands-on experience with monitoring devices and regulatory software.

Skills Required

• Strong analytical, communication, and modeling skills

Competencies Required

• Effective teamwork and regulatory insight
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
•  Problem-solving and critical thinking in an environmental setting.

Ancillary Details Of The Roles

• Adapt to changing environmental regulations; working in potentially hazardous environments during sampling
• Regular collaboration with regulatory agencies, project managers, and data analysts to ensure regulatory alignment and deliver actionable insights for compliance and improvement efforts.

Other Details

• Occasional fieldwork requiring travel; ability to lift sampling equipment (up to 30 lbs).
