  • 3-5 years managing performance marketing campaigns across paid media networks, such as Google (Search Ads, YouTube, Display) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram), for a B2B SaaS company or marketing agency
  • Well-versed in first party ad platforms, such as Google Ads Manager and Facebook Business Manager- both in creating ads, setting up events, and troubleshooting any issues
  • Ability to translate performance data from campaigns into actionable insights; experience with analytics tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Amplitude, and/or Google Analytics
  • Proven track record in building full funnel programs that meet KPI's; this includes developing the creative strategy, measurement strategy and tactical strategy for all parts of the funnel
  • Experience working with a cross-functional marketing team- working with designers to develop creative assets; working with product marketing to understand product positioning, audiences, and use cases; working with B2B/sales teams to generate leads
  • Lead the ideation, execution, and optimization of paid media on networks like Google (Search Ads, YouTube, Display) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram); and experiment with new performance marketing channels (TikTok, Reddit, etc.)
  • Partner with our wider marketing team (content marketing, community, and product marketing) to run paid ads as part of integrated marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with our design team to develop ad creative assets that converts while effectively conveys our product positioning
  • Work with our creator partnerships team to identify impactful and relevant creators for ad whitelisting opportunities
  • Measure and report on channel performance, distill learnings & share insights to support wider marketing efforts, and uncover opportunities for further experimentation (e.g. new target audiences, product use cases, etc.)
  • Manage our performance marketing budget by collaborating with the wider Growth Marketing and Finance teams to ensure ad spend has positive ROI and is sustainable
  • Partner with our business operations and data team to ensure that all conversion event tracking and 3rd party pixels are integrated effectively and measuring accurately
