CEO Sahil Choudhry said the combined entity will enhance care delivery through improved technology and create a full-spectrum care model spanning different age groups and complexity levels. The deal follows similar consolidation in youth mental health, including Hazel Health's acquisitions of Little Otter and BeMe Health earlier this year.
