WhiteWater Midstream is an independent infrastructure company that owns and operates gas transmission assets. It manages pipelines and related facilities (such as Agua Blanca and Whistler) to move natural gas and natural gas liquids from production sites to customers, using services like gas conditioning, compression, dehydration, fractionation, metering, and construction. Revenue comes from transportation and processing fees under long-term contracts, plus ongoing asset management and maintenance fees. The company differentiates itself through hands-on project management and operational oversight of midstream infrastructure, leveraging a portfolio valued around $3 billion with Permian Basin origin assets and lead investors like First Infrastructure Capital. Its goal is to provide reliable, safe, and efficient transport and processing of gas and NGLs, supporting energy producers, utilities, and industrial users while generating steady, contract-based revenue.
