Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary:

This position is a full-time, office-based position and will be a member of the WhiteWater Commercial Operations team. Responsibilities include developing data visuals and models, analyzing business performance tracking, and designing and developing data analytics pipelines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop data driven visuals and models to facilitate efficient business decisions.
• Support pipeline operations functions by leveraging operational data and technology.
• Work closely with Operations to understand their business processes and identify opportunities for improved efficiency.
• Leverage in-depth understanding of WhiteWater Operations to answer strategic business questions.
• Participate in cross functional collaboration and data gathering efforts.
• Hold requirements gathering sessions with key stakeholders.
• Execute projects in a meticulous and timely manner.
• Perform routine and ad hoc reporting and analysis.
• Design and prototype data analytics pipelines that effectively summarize data for identification of trends and correlations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical area with 5 years of relevant experience
• 2+ years of Midstream industry experience preferred
• Previous experience with Quorum products preferred
• Previous experience with Power BI or similar reporting application
• Working knowledge of: Excel VBA, Python, SQL, Transact/SQL; Python and SQL
• High proficiency in MS Office Excel, Outlook, Word
• Excellent problem solving, time management, analytical and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Communication and Teamwork skills required: Candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills and effectively collaborate with others to optimize team success
