Requirements
  • An Associate's degree in healthcare, Business Administration, or a related nursing field of study, or a minimum of two years of experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Current valid Basic Life Support certification.
  • At least one year of experience working with elderly people and their families, preferably in a healthcare or community agency setting.
  • Bilingual Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, and English, or Spanish and English.
  • Compliance with all state, federal, and company-specific requirements.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the enrollment process of potential PACE participants.
  • Work with Enrollment Development Specialists to increase PACE program membership by enrolling potential participants and supporting retention efforts.
  • Discuss, upsell, and explain the overall services provided by the PACE Program.
  • Manage participant enrollments as the central point of contact and work with cross-functional PACE departments to ensure prompt enrollment.
  • Use the Customer Relationship Management system to track and monitor all leads.
  • Prepare daily status reports on marketing efforts and participant enrollment progress.
  • Assist with identifying new referral sources.
  • Conduct outreach activities and generate enrollment leads through internal promotional activities.
