  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
  • 12+ years of proven experience as a Power BI developer or similar role
  • Extensive experience in developing and optimizing Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and report development
  • Strong understanding of data modeling and data visualization concepts
  • Proficiency with SQL and the ability to write complex queries
Responsibilities
  • Design and develop advanced Power BI semantic models, reports, and dashboards, ensuring end-to-end automation to eliminate manual work
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate these needs into visually appealing Power BI solutions that deliver business value
  • Work with internal team, including data engineers and business analysts, to align on project requirements and ensure successful project delivery
  • Work jointly with other Power BI developers to create and maintain standards and a consistent look and feel across the HR Power BI catalog
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Maintain clear documentation for all Power BI development
  • Continuously improve and optimize existing Power BI solutions to enhance performance and user experience
  • Stay up to date with the latest Power BI features and trends

  • Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms like Snowflake or Data Bricks
  • Familiarity using wireframing tools like Balsamiq or Mokkup.ai
  • Understanding of Power Automate for data workflow automation
  • Experience working with and visualizing Human Resources data

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to switch between assignments and work to deadlines
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional and remote teams
