Requirements
  • Demonstrated written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • General technical know-how and an ability to learn new software.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to deliver on time.
  • Experience as an application support specialist, in a technical support role in the software-as-a-service industry, or in a Financial Planning and Analysis or modeling role.
  • Professional proficiency in English and French.
  • Ability to work from the London or Paris office at least three days per week.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking help.
  • Diagnose, replicate, and resolve product issues while working closely with the engineering team.
  • Work with customers and education teams to highlight gaps and help customers improve their use of Pigment.
  • Establish processes and identify efficiencies with cross-functional partners.
  • Work with the Product team to ensure the roadmap aligns with customer needs.
  • Provide a strong customer experience when handling support cases and contribute to the support team.
  • Work with engineering and customer success teams to manage customer workspaces and resolve problems proactively.
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of spreadsheets or business planning.
  • Exposure to HTML, CSS, SQL, application programming interfaces, or data integrations.
  • A financial qualification, such as payroll, accounting, financial risk management, or pensions.
  • An additional language.

Founded in 2019, Pigment offers an AI-native enterprise performance management platform that replaces spreadsheets and legacy planning tools across finance, sales, HR and supply chain. The company's latest product, a "Modeler Agent", allows users to generate production-ready applications using natural language, reducing build times from weeks to minutes. Pigment has raised nearly $400 million and crossed a $1 billion valuation in 2024, with backing from ICONIQ Growth, Meritech, IVP and others.
