Requirements
- Experience with configuring and implementing security-based user roles in enterprise software environments is preferred but not explicitly required.
Responsibilities
- Identify and implement necessary configuration items for the Cúram CGISS module and determine appropriate configuration settings to support NC FAST Project 4.
- Collaborate with developers and business representatives to add and revise security-based user roles for each NC FAST user type.
- Coordinate with county and state level NC FAST system administrators to ensure correct user configuration.
- Develop requirements, test, and coordinate the implementation of new or changed user roles.
- Review project design documentation for creation of new roles as well as additions or changes needed to user configuration data.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with development staff and business experts.
- Update, modify, and configure settings and code tables within the system administration console of the NC FAST software application.
- Consider security protocols to design solution strategies; provide status reporting; conduct quality assurance monitoring; ensure adherence to DHHS policies and procedures.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with NC FAST, Cúram CGISS module, or similar government health information systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of Department of Health and Human Services policies and procedures.
