Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience as a doula/community birth worker with training and timely certification
  • Current Doula Certification or up to date training
  • Minimum 3 years case management or related field
Responsibilities
  • Work with a growing panel of members on improving their health holistically before, during, and following pregnancy
  • Build trust with members on your panel and engage with them to understand their strengths, goals, wants, and needs
  • Inform the development of Member Action Plans based on conversations with members
  • Determine member priorities and work on their goals
  • Problem solve alongside members in times of crisis and provide non-judgmental support
  • Accompany members through pregnancy care experiences including birth, abortion, and postpartum period
