  • Minimum 2 years of experience of managing teams of 5 or more
  • Experience in BD role prior to managing a team primarily focused on successful outbound prospecting
  • Experience using Salesforce, Outlook, Outreach Preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce Reporting Preferred
  • 2+ years of previous SaaS or Tech/Software (on-prem) experience
Responsibilities
  • The duties of this role include the ability to manage a BDR team that will be responsible to source (via outbound motion), qualify and distribute prospecting customers in a professional and efficient manner to AMs and AEs.
  • The leader will be responsible for helping rep’s reach/exceed their required targets for prospect/customer engagements, qualified meetings & booked opportunities aligned to pipeline creation targets.
  • Support BDRs in creating sales plays in partnership with marketing & enablement to ensure effective prospecting efforts.
  • Ensure inbound leads followed up and properly qualified by BDRs within required SLA.
  • Manage to KPIs as defined by leadership to ensure attainment to plan.
  • Daily coaching of team responsible for as well as implement Performance Management process to ensure accountability.
