About the Role
FareHarbor is hiring a Global Compensation Senior Analyst to join our Global People Team. This role is an integral part of the People Team and will manage total reward programs including the design, implementation and enablement of compensation and benefit programs. This role will report directly to the Vice President of Human Resources and support our global workforce currently operating in Australia, the Netherlands and North America.
What you’ll do here:
- Lead the development, delivery and execution of FareHarbor’s total reward philosophy and related programs
- Manage all compensation & benefit benchmarking and market analyses across the company to ensure internal and external equity
- Educate leaders on FareHarbor’s total rewards philosophy and effectively equip them to oversee and articulate their team’s compensation package
- Create and maintain job family matrix and conduct job evaluations & model salary increases
- Safeguard the integrity of HCM tools by maintaining data integrity and serving as a proficient resource in system integrations with other platforms and processes
- Manage the design and implementation of the end-to-end annual compensation review process including communication, enablement and system management
- Contribute to robust, scalable and insightful reporting on key metrics; e.g market and equity reviews, base pay and variable pay analysis
- Partner with HR, Finance and, our parent company, Booking, to ensure alignment, consistency and efficiency across the organization
- Communicate the value of total reward programs company-wide
- In partnership with our parent company, Booking, ensure smooth benefit management for the employees experience
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits
- Experience within the compensation function of a global company
- Highly analytical and can demonstrate good judgment
- Experience working with system and applications e.g. Workday and advanced Excel
- Experience working with external salary surveys
- Experience working in a multi-cultural/multi-country work environment
- Demonstrated analytical abilities, attention to detail and the ability to successfully manage multiple competing tasks and priorities
- Excellent communication and relationship skills interacting with internal and external stakeholders to achieve results.
- Ability to present information in a concise and meaningful manner to leadership
- Must be able to problem solve and work under pressure in a deadline driven, rapidly changing organization.
- Proactive, flexible and capable of working independently as well as working in a team

Salary Range: $88,000-$132,000, plus 10% bonus potential
