  • Proficiency in campaign data analysis and actionable insights delivery.
  • Experience with performance analysis tools, reporting dashboards, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, and optimize social advertising campaigns to meet business objectives, focusing on acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Work closely with our creative team to guide the development of TikTok and Instagram-specific content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Collaborate across teams, including brand, creative, and product, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Optimize performance through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative iteration.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Keep up with the latest paid social trends and features to ensure we stay ahead of the competition.
  • Develop strategies for influencer collaborations and creator-driven content campaigns to boost brand visibility.
