  • Help strategic customers fully understand the value Fictiv delivers, by understanding them deeply and understanding the problems, challenges, needs, and goals they have
  • Frequent outreach as the single point of contact for strategic accounts, providing updates on our capabilities and platform enhancements, and gaining insights into their vision, their plans, and roadmaps
  • Facilitate Quarterly Business Reveiws (QBRs) with customers to ensure we are on track with our commitments
  • Facilitate lunch and learn sessions to ensure customers are aware of our newest features and functions to ensure adoption and long term stickiness
  • Contribute and collaborate on account plans for assigned accounts
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience and proven track record of success in Sales, Account Management, and/or Customer Success Management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience driving consultative, solution based sales and expanding within strategic accounts
  • Demonstrated expertise with modern sales tools (CRM, Sequencing, Prospecting, Collaboration)
  • Self-starter, manages time efficiently, able to complete work in a timely manner without active supervision
  • Manufacturing and supply chain industry experience preferred
  • BS/BA degree preferred
