Responsibilities
  • Uphold Good Laboratory and Manufacturing Practices, ensuring a clean, safe, and organized lab environment.
  • Validate, operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory instruments, acting as the go-to expert for troubleshooting.
  • Develop and update SOPs, specifications, and training materials; mentor and train QC Analysts.
  • Investigate lab non-conformances and instrument issues; lead root cause analyses and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage calibration schedules and ensure timely maintenance of equipment, assisting with installations and relocations.
  • Collaborate with contractors and vendors for calibration services, reviewing their reports and records.
  • Support customer audits, regulatory inspections, and internal/external audits of the Calibration Program.
  • Drive digital innovation and data analytics for efficient calibration and maintenance scheduling.
  • Foster a culture of safety and teamwork, completing all required training and assessments on time.
  • Engage in cross-functional training and promote corporate values, adapting to changing priorities and tasks.
