- 10+ years of experience in information security

- Act as subject matter expert to other teams within the Company, providing guidance on preparing, containing, responding, and preventing incidents
- Prepare incident reports and review incidents with regulators, auditors, and senior leadership
- Assist in the selection and development of methodologies, tools, policies, and procedures in support of cyber defense initiatives
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify causes of the incident, document lessons learned, and apply corrective actions to prevent future occurrences
- Provide regular updates on incidents to senior management and other relevant stakeholder
- Maintain appropriate records and chains of custody for all incident activity
- Serve as the point of escalation for all cyber incidents
- Capable of providing expert testimony in court or at public inquiries as required
- Coordinate annual tabletop exercises to test the effectiveness of the incident response program
- Build and deliver information security and awareness training to employees as necessary
- Oversee the identification and remediation of vulnerabilities within the environment
- Design, build, and oversee the company's Incident Response processes and procedures
- Participate in technical meetings and working groups to address issues related to information security and incident preparedness
- Evaluate and maintain relationships with external technical and legal specialists, and closely manage the work of these providers
