Requirements
  • Associates degree in a technical field or Skilled Trade/Technical Certification or 5 years experience in a related industry
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in CNC Machining, Tool and Die Making, Welding, Composite Fabrication, or Aerospace mechanical systems
  • Ability to read & understand blueprints and technical documents
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
  • Able to multi-task and operate in a complex environment
  • Must be self-sufficient and understand job responsibilities
  • Team building and collaboration skills
  • Willingness to learn new skills in various areas like composite fabrication, electrical systems, welding, woodworking, additive manufacturing, and engineering testing
  • Aerospace Mechanic certification is a plus
  • Airforce/Navy Veteran is a plus
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites up to 5 days per month
  • Proficient with inspection gauging tools
  • Experience drafting parts, assemblies, and installation drawings using GD&T best practices
  • Exceptional communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Performing CNC Operations including programming and machine set-up
  • Operating Manual equipment such as mills, lathes, drill presses, saws, etc.
  • Using manufacturing paperwork to meet quality requirements
  • Inspecting and verifying work to ensure it meets specifications
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Providing rapid prototyping services
  • Teaching Engineers hands-on skills and best practices
  • Learning new skills and working on ever-changing projects
