About the role
Reports to: SVP, FI Partnerships

Cardlytics is seeking a passionate, detail-oriented Partner Manager to join our FI Partnerships team. In this role you will focus on collaborating with top US Financial Institutions to deliver engaging and profitable loyalty experiences. Reporting into the SVP, FI Partnerships, the Partnerships Manager will own the day-to-day execution of programs and recurring deliverables for our partners including building and communicating delivery schedules, project management and being the representing client stakeholder with cross functional teams.
You will:
- Partner with the FI Partner Lead in supporting our largest partnerships.
- Build partner relationships with direct-line mapping to day-to-day/operational contacts.
- Own daily partner interactions and deliverables ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met or exceeded while providing excellent client service.
- Support operational components of projects including launches, meetings, upgrades, marketing initiatives, sales, and other efforts to meet partner and team goals.
- Represent partner needs internally, working with Operations, Analytics, Product and Technology teams to deliver against key initiatives.
- Manage partner roadmap, tracking status of key project milestones & initiatives via Monday.com, while effectively communicating status internally and externally.
- Identify trends, issues, and opportunities for optimization and growth.
You have experience in:
- Client management and delivery, with 5+ years in a client-facing role leading media loyalty or engagement initiatives. Experience with Financial Institutions is preferred.
- Managing large complex relationships with various stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Leading projects to completion that consider client, consumer, and business needs.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet shared goals.
- Organizing and prioritizing multiple initiatives to hit objectives and produce results.
- Effectively communicating and presenting strategic plans and program results.
